Before I had subhuman smile 6 theeth only showed
I highly recommend expansion it changed my face a lot probably the best decision I made so far

He has inward tipped premolars and first molars

Trust me, that is narrow, it's not tilting.

He and I have the same narrow UV shaped palate which makes the molars look tilted inwards. When you see pics of him when the lighting isn't in front of his face you can clearly see that he has a narrow palate.

Mine is kinda similar aswell, but premolars and molars look normal, maybe slightly tilted, but I believe the posterior part of mine is narrower

I plan on getting mse and fixing my lower teeth as soon as I start working.

Luckily the rest of my face looks decent, but I legit hate my palate and smile tbh
Imw was around 4 last time I measured, it probably increased a little

Yep, looks like mine but a bit narrower + it seems you have an overbite too which you should fix first.

Just know that expanding the palate won't make any significant changes to your overall face, so don't expect much. I've yet to see someone who got MSE with a radical facial change.

Forgot to mention, you can't get MSE if your lower molars align with your upper molars, since expanding your palate won't expand you jaw and it will cause this weird crossbite if you expand it when the upper and lower align. That's why I can't get expansions.

Yeah light was from above, so it might be that.
Widening the upper palate should also expand the lower, in the worse case I think you could expand your palate with mse and using a myobrace on the lower

This is a myth, the lower jaw doesn't expand with the maxilla. There is no suture in the middle of the lower jaw for it to be able to expand laterally.
