Secondly, this is an article on a Canadian new organization; at the end of the day, a newspaper's objective is to make money, not necessarily to give hard evidence to back their claim. If they do, laypeople wouldn't read the article.

Thirdly, take a look at a quote from the scientist in question: "DNA testing may be the future of genealogy, but it should not define a person's Indigenous identity, the University of Alberta scholar said Thursday in an interview on CBC Radio's Edmonton AM." This is essentially defining the nature of this argument. Even in the very, very unlikely case that the Philistines were the direct ancestors of the Dinka, the fact that you say that DNA tests (which indicate the origins of present-day ancestry) are bullshit just comes to show that the notion of a Philistine-Dinka relationship should be dismissed because they are two entirely different cultural groups.
