Decided to finally run a short DNP cycle after reading tons of logs here and elsewhere. Posting this to help anyone else considering it, since there’s a lot of half-info floating around.
Stats before cycle:
• Height: 5’10”
• Start weight: 84.7 kg
• Training: 5x/week PPL
• Diet: ~1800-2000 cals, low carb, maintenance around 2700
• Goal: Cut ~4-5 kg in 2 weeks max, without looking/feeling like death
Source
Went with Regal Labs, found through a few guys on here and other boards vouching. Caps arrived in about 9 days, UK-based. Yellow powder inside cellulose caps, sealed and packed discreetly. Zero customs issues.
Email I used: regalabs@protonmail.com, got a response within 48h, smooth communication mostly.
Dosing Protocol
Day 1–3: 200mg (to assess tolerance)
Day 4–12: 400mg split AM/PM
Took with 1g ALCAR, 600mg NAC, and Vitamin C.
No T3 or Clen.
Side Effects
Sweating: Yup, nonstop from Day 4 onward. Sleep shirt was drenched nightly.
Heat sensitivity: Had to skip sauna and limit cardio. Felt like overheating from just standing around.
Lethargy: manageable until Day 9, then I felt like a potato. Still lifted but intensity dropped.
Hunger: weirdly suppressed, probably because of heat.
Staining: slight yellow tint in sweat, shirts needed double washing. Pee and skin fine.
Results
• Final weight: 79.9 kg
• Total loss: ~4.8 kg in 12 days
• Waistline visibly tighter, abs came in around Day 10
• Zero muscle loss from what I can see — full body still filled out
Pics later if people want. I’d call this a success. Honestly surprised at how controlled it felt compared to the horror stories. But that’s also because I was conservative with dose and didn’t go full masochist.
Verdict
Stuff was clean, dosed properly (you feel it at 400mg), and no sketchy BS. Would use them again if I ever go back on — maybe for a 250mg 21-day cut next time for a slower burn.
Not for beginners. Not for idiots. But if you know what you’re doing, monitor yourself, and respect the compound, it’s insanely effective.
Drop questions below or DM. Don’t ask me to spoonfeed you a full stack plan if you haven’t even read the basics.
