Follow up to this post
102kgs -> 97kgs (start of the dedicated 12-week cut) -> 86kgs.
Finally this shit is over and I can eat.
1000+ calorie deficit for 12 weeks gave me 11 kilos of weight loss. Wasn't too consistent with training because of personal stuff so lost a bit of muscle mass but whatever...
Aiming for a 4-6 week maintenance, and surely go for another round of fat loss maybe another 4-5kgs. This shit isn't over until I can take a front camera selfie instead of retarded mirror selfies.
Don't mind the squintmaxxing lol the scleral show is killing me.
