read BotB pubertymax and ur gonna go crazy in ur teens

putting in my own two cents u should pick up a sport which involves sprinting like football (both), sprinting, rugby, basketball so you maximise your HGH naturally young and end up taller in HS. Lots of other benefits as well

I have literally seen it happen in person retard.

Knew a guy, his brother was 6'1 who started lifting at 16 - 17.

This guy started lifting at like 13 and he was capped at 5'7 cause he fucked his growth plates up from doing heavy free weights
