Put one fish and let it fry on one side for a minute. After that, flip that fish and put another on an unfried side and let them both fry. One should be fished and out, the other should be fried on one and thus bring in another fish and it will be the same like the last.

3 minutes? Fry first 2 fishes on one side for a min, take 1st out and start cooking the 3rd fish? Once 2nd fish is done, put the 1st one back. And voila. Can't figure out a way it could be 2.

The 85 IQ solution (4 minutes):

1. Put 2 fish into the pan and fry for 1 minute.
2. Flip the 2 fish over and fry for 1 minute.
3. Take out the 2 fried fish from the pan, and put in the 1 remaining unfried fish. Fry for 1 minute.
4. Flip the fish over and fry for 1 minute.

The 120 IQ solution (3 minutes):

1. Put 2 fish into the pan and fry for 1 minute.
2. Remove 1 of the half-fried fish from the pan, and put in the 3rd fish which is unfried. Flip the first fish over. Fry the 2 fish in the pan for 1 minute.
3. 1 of the fish is done frying, so take that one out, and put in the half-fried fish you removed earlier with the uncooked side facing down. Flip over the other fish in the pan. Fry for 1 minute.
