why? does it not up regulate thyroid to continue losing fat?
Because if you do a diet for a month your body will stop craving junk food / sugar / more food than you currently eat .after a reefed you will crave for a refeed again and you will end up binging for weeks / months

It's crazy mentally I have done it for 2 months straight once, I did lose like 20kg but it just made me hate everything and I craved everything I saw, you should do it like after like 2 weeks if you are are eating less calories but it depends from person to person

on your refeed day do you give a fuck about caloric intake? and do you just eat everything that you craved and shit while dieting. i’ve been strict for 3 weeks, dropped 2-3kg. craving shit rn jfl
Yeah I watched what I ate, but I didn't really take calories into consideration, I ate mostly fish,chicken, beef after but I probably still did overshoot calories even with that but it after like 3 days or so your appetite becomes normal again
