I want to be my best self.
I take D3 + K2 like 2 times a week but I’m going to start taking it dailet before eating a meal, I’m going to the endocrinologist 1 day after being 14 and I’m thinking about starting to drink kefir just for its benefits. My dad started growing a lot after 18. How could I change my eye orbital to make it more thin and What should I do to reach my potential. All types of help appreaciated

Just good nutrition and exercise to keep you in peak health. Also eat a lot, forget about leanmaxxing while you are growing. I am not saying get obese but its better to be around 20 percent body fat than 10 while you are developing. You can get as lean as you want once you are done growing.

I do not remember my height at that age but it was over that for sure. My dad was like 175 cm, mom is legit around 150 cm midget height yet I grew to 178 cm. I could have been 160 cm based on my parents yet I escaped that. Still not a great height but holly shit could it have been worse.
