Get rid of the glasses and do what you’ve been doing All ready. Also be careful with the mastic gum. I could lead to TMJ and asymmetries. Trust purperty and hopefully you will ascend. Good luck man

Needs orthognathic/jaw surgery (should be covered by insurance) bc you are recessed badly (tilting head up to hide the recession is a bad habit btw,)

could do basic softmaxxes ( skin, hair, gym ect) after you get surgery to be atleast mhtn

also dont bonesmash/ thumbpull

do u have an overbite

elaborate please
doesnt work
bonesmashing can injure you and cause verve damage

Thumbpulling uses the same mechanism/logic as mewing but doesnt work it bc its short bursts of pressure
mewing does constant low pressure which works
if you could thumbpull 24/7 ( you cant) then it could theoretically work

You're young, that's good. The best tip I can give you right now is to make the best out of your development and puberty, that's going to affect how you look by the time puberty ends way more than bonesmashing (cope btw) or chewing gum. This is very simple to do, but the majority of teenagers fuck it up, let me put some fear in your heart so you understand this very well: You only have ONE shot at puberty, so you better make the best out of it.

- Sleep 7.5 to 9 hours every night. Wake up and go to sleep at the same time, even on weekends.
- Get 15 to 30 minutes of daily sunlight, morning, afternoon (this is ideal for vitamin D, but will also damage your skin so probably don't) or evening. Just get sunlight exposure.
- Good nutrition. This area is way too wide, and maybe you don't have full control over what you eat, but try to consume mostly whole foods or minimally processed foods. Try to be in a slight caloric deficit (+125-250 calories). If you can track your micronutrient intake with an app like Cronometer to make sure you're getting everything you need. If you're intolerant to any food, please remove from your diet if possible.
- Do exercise, it could be doing a sport, gym or calisthenics, just do something physical.
- Continue mewing, make sure you're not sleeping with your mouth open (you could mouth tape), keep your lips sealed, chew hard foods whenever possible and learn how to swallow correctly, chew on both sides evenly, pause for a second between the process of chewing and swallowing, continue neck tucks
- Your supplement routine is very good, magnesium and d3+k2 are foundational for teen development. I personally wouldn't supplement B vitamins or vitamin C since they're very easy to get through diet (and you should be getting them from there too, as well as every other vitamin!), but it doesn't hurt to include them either.

You're in your prime development years, make the best out of them, try to apply these tips 99% of the time, I can't stress it enough TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. You can worry about more "advanced" looksmaxxing in 2–3 years time when your development is almost done, and you can actually tell what your areas of improvement are, it's too early to predict that now.

Good luck bro 👍
