130 on incline bench is starting to feel light tbh

i didnt try upping it today though

it felt lighter than the first time i did it, way lighter almost felt like 110

if i keep going at this rate i’ll be able to bench 225 soon inshallah

I would do upper 2 days a week and that’s it tbh

no just go for 30 mins everyday it’s more than enough

I do 10 reps on incline with 135 pound dumbbells

i was thinking about that actually, i’ve been improving so rapidly, cuz of noobie gains

idk how long they last but i do see 100kg bench being possible within this year

i started a month ago, my first day i was fucking dying with just the bench alone, i think it was a stability issue though cuz after like 3 sessions i was able to bench 70 (32kg)

bar alone is 10kg

I've been going gym for just over 2 years now but I haven't been consistent so my strength progress is non existent ngl, I could bench 70kg for 4 reps a year ago but Im literally weaker now than then.

Maybe I should lock in but I don't really care that much gym doesn't feel that fun for me

It’s not meant to be fun JFL it’s meant to let you have the bare minimum body to not be incel.

Standart bench bar is 20kg 😭 atleast its this way in north america and europe, idk about india so your region might be different

That's true. I definitely got the bare minimum body, I'm around the fight club brad pitt level pretty lean and some muscle.

I think to get really jacked naturally though you'd have to find it fun and actually enjoy it cus how else are you gonna be consistent for like 10 years
