How do i gain 15 pounds of muscle without my face getting fat and puffy

eat about 300-500 extra calories a day, focus on lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Make sure to follow a good workout routine with compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows to build muscle. if you notice extra fat, especially in your face, lower your calorie intake a little. Add some cardio a few times a week and make sure to rest enough so you’re building muscle, not gaining too much fat

i know that but i’ve tried clean bulking and still feel like my face looks fatter
your face will obviously be bloated if your eating in a surplus, just get adequate potassium intake and effects will mostly subside.

got it thank you. Do you think i should add cardio if im already walking 35,000 steps 4 days out of the week for work

dude your so victim weight,l stop worrying about your god damn face and eat everything you see and only worry about face during the summer. You shouoldnt even bulk now but do what u want i stopped being a bitch and and on track to hit 190 this month and i started the bulk 2-3 months ago at 170 and i still am lean thanks to my high metabolism and genetics. Take mk-677/ 20mg a day and eat and youll get there in less than 2 months.
 
i did mk677 for 2 months. that shit was the biggest waste of fucking trash. it made me gain like 2 pounds and made me bloated as shit. I also rather not gain a bunch of fat for no reason from dirty bulking. There’s no way you’re still lean after gaining 20 pounds in 2 months, literally impossible unless you’re on roids
