nose is on the bigger side, u need to compensate by growing ur lower third in some way

also you do have some decent / striking features but your long erratic hair is taking away the focus from ur face which should only be the case if u have no harmony / low psl. look into the haircuts that go with your face shape and lastly see if ur nose is visibly bigger due to inflammation (various causes and solutions)

after icing my face for 5 minutes my nose usually looks slimmer, it just goes right back to being compared to my other features pretty fast, i feel like the only way to fix it is surgery, Also i am currently looking into different haircuts to try, thank you
