For 14 u look good tbh. I wouldn’t even worry abt anything your still going through puberty. If the acne doesn’t go away and ur like 16-17 try and get accutane prescribed to u, I’m on it rn and it made me have an insane glow up, skin almost cleared up and it made my nose look way better. If you want to maximize forward growth just make sure you have correct spine, tounge, and jaw/mouth posture and that will promote forward growth has you go through puberty, it’s all about the habits you have while growing up
