its good to start young, first thing u need to focus on is height and your jaw, make sure u dont grow too much muslce as that stunts height, take up swimming, running, and do height yogas (they work idc what anyone says ive seen them work) and hang on pull up bars, but most important of all, reduce your estrogen levels, block your estrogen from being produced this way u will keep growing. this will already put u ahead, additionally, chin tucks for your jawline and find a thread on jawline maxxing idk much ab it, and for the rest u can worry ab it later js focus on height and jaw, do the most u can now cuz ur still growing so it will be most effective
