14 and nearly closed plates

i had this xray taken 3 months ago my growth plates are probably closed now i grew a total of 0 cm in 9 months my knee plates are probably still open but my cartilage reserve is likely depleted and i probably wont grow any more im 178cm do you think it makes sense to use AI to extend my growth period and pin GH? it would be great if i could reach around 182 cm do you guys have any suggestions? my hand is small as fuck maybe i am ghd? as i said i grew 0cm this year
