Gonna do 14 day fast i did 4 days max how hard is it

I did like a 5 day fast where in which I drank a bit of water. Nothing more than that tho(I was sick at the time too)

ima workout drink salt water bone broth walk a lot to minimize negative effects n sleep alot

Well if you drink bone broth then, well it wouldn't really be a fast. Would it?

it technically is goes back to auotphagy really quick under 50 cal dont cause an issue
