if you’re not already “mewing” then read there’s a good thread for it you should read. it does work just maybe not to the extent you may be expecting it to

I did that for 4 years and ended up wasting time when i could of just saved money for surgery to get definitive results. I dont know how much time you can waste but that shit didnt do anything for me but, i cant blame you for believing this though because if I were to go back in time I probably do the same thing because its hard to face reality.

There's literally like endless posts on how to do this through either softmaxxing or hardmaxxing. From my experience mewing, chin tucks and thumbpulling works, especially if u start early enough. People on this forum bash on them because they expect to give you a Chad in 30 days but it takes like a year or more to get considerable results.
