well since ur young and in the midst of puberty i recommend naturally maximizing your hormones so your puberty can play out in the most efficient way. sleep 8-10 hours (must be asleep from 10 pm to 3 am) eat the right foods that prioritize being organic and high in proteins. pick up a sport that stretches and or strains your body in the process like swimming or running (track). do not do any sort of substances drugs anything that isnt natural and truly push your genetics to the limit for the best results. just remember where you are right now in life is one of the most important stages in determining how you will look and feel in adulthood, do not take it as a joke because when its too late you wont be able to change much.ok how can I harmonize my face more and get better proportions.?
