I just discovered via the school doctor that my estimated height is going to be 175 cm, im 14 and 163 cm, and in sweden thats pretty short for my age. My mom is 160 cm and my is 176 cm. I asked for hgh via pharmisist and doctors but they declined my request and said that im still growing in a good direction and that i dont need it. They only give it out to people that have some kind of sickness. Is there any other way i could get a hold of it instead of a prescription.

there is hope, personally i dont think parents height fully determines your final height
though that is just my grey opinion

Ye well my parents are immigrants from iraq so i guess thats where its from but my friends mom is only 150 and his dad is 178 and hed 172, so do u still think there is some hope, btw me and my friend are the same age

Any tips on how to maximize my puberty??

Eating tons of meat, raw dairy and tbh lifting weights 2x a week to maximize development whilst simultaneously keeping cortisol very low. Sleep- duration 8-10 hours but quality is very important, blue light glasses- consistent sun exposure ( I know may be hard in Sweden) are super key to maximising bone and structural development.

175 centimeter här i sverige e helt okej. Om du maximerar din hälsa, och äter en naturlig diet med mycket kalcium kan du kanske nå 180.

Doktorernas ananlys räknar med normal svenssons diet, som inte är ideal

Ok tack, tror du det skulle funka med att lägga till kalcium kost tilskott med den dieten jag redan har, Jag äter runt 150g nötförs varje dag. kefir och ett egg till frukost och sen till middag äter jag bara det min morsa lagar. så jag tänker med egg och kefir samt ett kostillskott så blir det tillräcligt.
