Im 14 6,0 140 is there any hope for me i am looking for brutally honest responses, if there is please help me and give me tips. Also, My mom says i cant do creatine should i still buy it or is she right.

shes js looking out for you, I advise taking it once youre 16-18. I see potential and ur physique is good for the age you are. If you will, I also suggest trying out a new hair style (i.e finger coiling, brush styling, etc) all of which require a decent selection of products (a leave in conditioner, a curling jelly that you can use twice a week, a curling cream if you would prefer that over a mousse, and a bonnet since washing curly hair daily leads to dry scalp and product buildup) There are various good tutorials on tiktok, and improving ur hair style will make you look better.

Should I cut it off? My hair’s uneven burned the front on the right side not long ago, and I started growing the sides at 12, so they still haven’t caught up to the top. I’m debating if I should just start fresh or let it grow out.

Here’s a better video of me also, I had just woken up when I took it, so my hair was a bit messed up.
