no its quite impossible to give a rating with just that picture, ur main flaw that is instantly visable is ur nose not sure where you are here but you can analyze and make sure ur diet is good for now

if your somewhere where you have good health insurance you can injure ur nose and get a free rhinoplasty or if you have money you can get a real rhino

I do have good health insurance and I think I have a deviated septum

good, if you can significantly injure ur nose you can get a free rhinoplasty make sure you do it in a boxing kickboxing muay thai gym or so
