don’t listen to anyone else. literally just increase your testosterone. that’s it. do myo aswell like tongue posture, keeping lips sealed and chewing some hard foods regularly. look up a sleep guide for sure and definitely just the regular testosterone protocols. it’ll take a long time but literally just stick with it. sleep is very important. prioritise your sleep, diet is close second.Thanks bro, also is there anyway to reduce my upper eyelid exposure?

diet - avoid processed foods, eat lots of eggs, good amount of red meat, stay away from soy and seed oils, eat fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir, eat in a slight calorie surplus, get adequate protein, id personally take D3, K2 or even magnesium and boron
estrogen - stay away from estrogens like polyester clothes, plastic chopping boards, chemical heavy body wash and shampoo, receipts, use a cast iron pan, don’t eat soy like i mentioned before
other - heavy lifting but make sure it’s low volume and you have good recovery. you can try deep breathing and relaxing throughout the day. keeping active such as sprints but don’t over do it. beating your meat once a week is technically most optimal, doesn’t really matter. get a good amount of sunlight. ground yourself in nature.
myo - keep tongue on the palate, chew hard foods, keep good posture, could try thumbpulling occasionally (look it up)
