My advice, go gym, chew alot of hard things, see the orthodontist and make up some problems about your jaw so they will widen ot and move it forwards surgically. Be outside alot and eat clean. Don't start drinking and get enough sleep. Your starting point isn't good, you know that, but at 14,alot can still happen.
