Im no where near finished yet but i thought id post some lifefuel to show you anything is possible if you stick to your plan and stay disciplined, I personally dont think this is much of an ascension yet give me another 2-3 years and we shall see. This starts back in may-april last year i was 15 and just starting researching sarms, i was really big into using mk677 rad140 and enclo the first youngin cycle. I was obese and determined to do whatever it too get lean. I started at 98kg and cutted down to 72kg natrually this was before i discovered reta. Was it hard, No i was fucking determined, could i of had it easier. For sure but disciplined is built on hard pathways not easy ones.

Precut 2025 April-May , 98kg 6"1 25-30% bf. started gyming april cutting on 800 cal a day.

Around august last year i then decided to start my roid jounery, First cycle consisted of test,var. i was 75-76kg still skinny fat still cutting like a retard, and determined so i started my forum journey and started finding out all about peptides and other compounds. I got my bloods taken for the first time luckily my e2 wasnt rocketed i also didnt start with a ai on hand :lul:, Growth plates still open thank the lords, and health was in check.

Mid october i decided to start my next cycle which i ran up until 2 weeks ago and this is were im standing currently at 6"3 84kg. No where near done ascending i hope to post again around august this year with an even better ascension, My genetics were no were near good but im making do with what i have. thanks for reading my thread i hope i inspire you niggas to lock in.

The brutal reality is that what you’re celebrating as an ascension is mostly just a dramatic weight cut stacked on top of a late growth spurt. Dropping from 98 kg to 72 kg at 6'1 was necessary, but the after photo still shows a shoulder-to-waist ratio that’s terrible bc the waist is visibly wider than the deltoid line which means the underlying skeleton is not ideal

nigga thinks im not aware of this, Not everyone ascension is growing your bones to acromegaly and being CL the title litreally says gymcel ascension which it was i didnt start out with BP, now im transferring more into looksmaxxing hence im going to ascend more if i can. And yes i know my genetics is chopped this was all stated. but thanks wheres waldo.

My waist will visibily look smaller overtime with more training working my chest legs and lats and overall frame with more muscle will fix this. I never said i had good genetics but i had an amazing ascension and yes it was mostly puberty.

"nigga" you’re already softmaxxed to the ceiling, 26 kg gone, veins showing, fridge skeleton . No amount of var, reta, or MK will lengthen ur clavicles or shave hip bone. The only thing left is surgical either bimax, custom implants, or rib resection. pick one and start saving.

lmao ok thanks for the hardmax advice but i dont think you realise how much different my frame will look with more muscle. im not even lean rn i dont even have visible abs ive been lifting for a year not even. My goal isnt really to looksmax or to be visually appealing thats just a benefit from being a gymcel i just want to lift heavy and look massive if thats so surprising to you. And yes test,tren,npp any roid will ascend me more with this goal i dont really care to restructure my bones all tho that much but ill take it into account i already have height halo and body halo face halo dont really matter to me. My clavicles might be not ideal im still growing tbf they could grow more but they probably wont but adding 2-3 inches onto my delts will make it look like i have a wider frame for sure. But thanks for the advice ill take it to account
