10% is twink tier and extremely lean. most people underestimate how lean it is. most people who claim 10% are actually 15%. 15%= much easier to maintain, looks great and allows for a good balance between muscularity and leanness. the minimum you could go down to is 12% body fat. there is no real reason to go down to 10%. if you have good bones you'll see them at 12-15% regardless. also at 10% most people will be lethargic and hungry.
