How can I achieve forward growth Im 15 im currently sitting at around lmtn and how can I make my eyebrows symmetrical

Spam chin tucks n neck curls for forward growth ig but those don't work if ur plates r fused
Just shape ur eyebrows to even em out

Idk im kind of a late bloomer I think and im only 15 i think I have time ima use ur tips tho appreciate it
