I saw your photograph. You are statistically average height at 175 centimetres or 5 feet 9 inches. The only bad thing is that you have narrow bideltoids. Keep in mind that frame is the least important, and women do not care about frame as much as face and height.

Your only options are to get clavicle lengthening surgery and growth hormone and other drugs. You can also fraud frame with some clothes or shoulder pads.
