another newfag thinking he's hot shit. let me educate you since you clearly don't know: 5k saars is extremely difficult to achieve and requires massive gains in all areas of looksmaxxing not just lifting weights like a caveman. skincare alone will probably add more than a few hundred points for you, if you bother with it at all. posture makes a bigger difference than most realize too but i bet the only time you think about that is when your gf walks by and needs to take another pic of her fit body. so really what are you doing besides posting pics like every other newfag?
