Glad to see my RBC count is good and Hematocrit was in a great range, this was my main concern.
Because of Testosterone + Accutane + Aroamsin my Good Cholesterol is out of range and my Bad Cholesterol is slightly elevated out of range.
Visual Changes (Body)
After my last post being told by Zagro I should go to the gym... I decided to only half listen to his advice, and decided to upgrade my hope equipment because I refuse to go to an actual gym.
From increasing the weight + dosage, and giving Testosterone more time, I think the results are starting to finally be meaningful.
As is consistent with the literature, Delts are the main and first noticeable muscle group to grow when on Supra Testosterone levels, this has been true for me. My Bidelt is now 24.3 inches (never measured before)
The most noticeable changes have been Delts, Shoulders, Upper Chest, and upper back. Arms are finally catching up now too.
Photo was today ^ Rest were last week(s). HGH might be helping the fullness of the muscles?
Changes/Additions
As was made clear from my last post, I put too much fat on... So I added HGH at 3 IU's to help aid in fat loss with my new Caloric Deficit. Already went from 220 to 207. Protein is at 200-220g a day.

I'd highly recommend anyone considering HGH to see the benefits it can have even if you are beyond puberty and were going to use it for height.
I had very bad bloat from 440 Estrogen, but HGH bloat is something else. I believe it goes away in around 2-6 weeks but it's bloat is far worse than I expected.
The goal is to continue to cut, ideally to 185 or 190. Monitor bloods and continue on 400mg/week for the next 6+ months minimum.
I only do Push/Pull with Friday targeting muscle groups I want the most growth and development on. I add 1 leg workout to each and 1 core workout to each. I know this is not optimal but need to do it cause I have work.

- Testosterone: 400 mg/week (5x SubQ)

- Aromasin: 12.5 mg 3x/week (recently increased to 4th day at 6.25 mg)
- Tamoxifen: 20 mg/day (45-day course for nipple sensitivity)
- HGH: 2–3 IU daily (Convinced by @Zagro thread on HGH) NEW
- Calories: 2500 kcal / 200 g protein (mild cut)
- Cialis 5 mg daily, Finasteride 1.25 mg, Minoxidil 2.5 mg, Accutane, Semax daily, and Selank
- NAC 600 mg, ALA 600 mg, CoQ10 200 mg, Omega-3 (increased to 4 pills), Magnesium 400–500 mg, Vitamin D 6000 IU, Zinc 50 mg
