My opinion is going to be to increase physical activity. I don't know growing at such a young age you are risking a decent amount. Honestly, if you play a sport and somewhat pay attention to calories, you should be fine. I assume a slight deficit would be fine, but just do some research online.what if im trynna lose some fat calorie deficit is needed
