Trying to figure out if I’m still in my vertical growth window or if I’m close to my genetic ceiling.
I’m mid (~12% bf), lifting regularly, eating decent. Sleep could be better. Recently started smoking (yeah I know).
Based on mid-parental height I should land around 178–179 cm, so I’m wondering:
