I'm 15M 6'0 and weigh in at 185 and it seems like no matter what I've done I've always stuck there, never moved up or down.
I have high neck fat but some days it goes away, and I have a pretty decent jawline that I'm comfortable with, I do have bad acne which I've had since I was a little kid but I'm currently working on that.

I did something i probably shouldn't have, I took GLP-1 and the "dosage" had a 2 when I injected it, i did this Wednesday and I've thrown up twice now, I was fine after the first time until i ate something around 10PM and threw up this morning at around 6:20AM and i know this is supposed to last for a week but I'm scared about this idea of I can't or don't want to eat because if I do eat I'll throw up.

I would include pictures but I'm currently out doing stuff i might add them later if i get around to it but genuinely someone please help and i dont wanna hear just "go to the gym" and shit like that im asking for an in-depth list of things i should do that'll ACTUALLY help. I know i have potential i really do i just need motivation or something to reach it

at 15 developing age u need calories no matter what,so slight deficit and not eating after 8pm
alright thank you, do you have any suggestions on what range i should be in? some things say 500 but that seems near impossible, 1500 or 2000 which seems too much

you’re 15 and growing. you need an active lifestyle with a healthy and full diet. i’d say 2500-3000 calories is ideal since you’re 185lbs and 6’0. your NEAT (nonexercise activity thermogenesis), or, passive burnt calories should prevent fat gain and provide enough nutrients.

Thank you this genuinely means a lot🫶

blasting over 10mg glp1 is reason enough to not give you more tips since you're just young asf and already abusing diabetical medicine

so my honest advice (since you asked so bad for it) is: enjoy throwing up twice a day for 1 week straight now until glp1 is out of your system and stfu.

18 hour fast then eat high carb protein and some sugar for spiking igf levels, if u trying to not eat at young age you will be bone less

When people make stupid mistakes and they ask for honest help and you have the knowledge the best thing to do is help that person better themselves moving forward
