15 Year old male seeking improvement

Hi! I'm almost 15 now. Last time I posted I had just turned 14 and i really want to ask you guys for more opinions about what I can do to look better (Face and physique). Also, some ways to grow taller, because I'm only 166 cm (I don't think my height has had that much of a role in my life for now. My friends sometimes pick on it but i still mog them because they are fat and have uglier faces in my opinion). I play rugby, which I know for a fact that it makes you super athletic. Also, most rugby players have warrior skulls because of all the contact in the sport (other than genetics and good oral habits).
I normally wear glasses so I've put 2 pics of me with them. Please give your opinion on me, be brutally honest about everything and what I can improve. Also if you guys got some mindset building books that you liked please tell me their name, I'm interested in becoming a better and smarter person.

lol, ur opinion does not matter. I know a guy who thinks he's a 7, but he's 3.5 at best

To give advice:

I would say growing up is the main thing that will change u since ur only 15

Thickening eyebrows could also help, but will probably come with age

Also pray that u will grow taller, cuz 166 is brutal

As of now ur high ltn imo

search a new haircut, put more hair in the back and in the front. shave your beard ever until you have a really good amount of facial hair (you are young, usually at 18 or 19 y/o the beard are more full). try to do more cardio and sprints to reduce face fat %
 
Send a photo of you smiling, I think you have a narrow pallet, this will be a big factor in your potential.

i genuinenly feel bad after saying that:hnghn: just eat good and live ur life man thisforum will ruin you trust me
 
why are mfs your age lifting as if your body had unlimited resources and energy to grow bones and muscles at the same time
 
your face will still develop a lot during your teenage years (i had crazy bone changes until turned 18 and even from 18 to 21 my bone mass improved) and i doubt you would ever do some surgery this young

just live an actual healthy low stress lifestyle, eat a lot of meat and get your nutrients

there is not much you can do besides that at your age tbh, most softmaxxes are a waste of time and the ones that actually help are the classic that u prob already know, debloat, lose weight, grow eyelashes and eyebrows, allat

you're actually doing yourself more of a improvement by staying away from this forum and saving your mental health than you would be doing by being around thinking that you're going to save your looks (and just end up fucking your mental with little to no looks difference)

Thanks for the advice, you know some proven way to grow taller other than the usual sleep a lot, drink a lot of milk and blah blah? I just started taking collagen and bone cartilage supplements. You think they'll help?

Get a Pallet Expander or thumb pull Laterally and Forwardly, Also towel chew for at least an hour a day. Honestly the Few MM will really help you. You should try to get a semi wider pallet.

Get a Pallet Expander or thumb pull Laterally and Forwardly, Also towel chew for at least an hour a day. Honestly the Few MM will really help you. You should try to get a semi wider pallet.
Yeah, even tough im 15 I've got a lot of knowledge about the jaws and the maxilla. I've been thinking about getting MSE as soon as I turn 18 and have the money. Not only for the looks but also for the functional benefits like better sleep and better breathing.

Was sarcastic but ok. Other than killing myself are there other ways (surgery excluded)
i'd say grow your hair out, get a better hairstyle, grow your eyelashes, get lean and shave that crust ass mustache

Get a face mask for your underbite asap and hop on AI and HGH also asap
