Is there really any benefit to being on GHK-Cu when you’re young? At that age, your collagen levels are already high, your hair is usually thick and healthy, and you’re not dealing with hair loss yet. Since GHK-Cu is mostly used for repair—like skin damage, inflammation, scarring, or thinning hair—does it actually do anything if there’s nothing to fix? If your hair isn’t balding and your skin is healthy, wouldn’t using it just be unnecessary and a waste of money, with possible downsides like irritation or messing with normal skin signals?

Why are we using chatgpt for questions now?:lul:

If you already have good skin and hair, there's no point in relying on ghk. You might see some results, but is it worth it?Focus on something else.
