How can i fix my eye area? and other face stuff, including my brows. Recently started tryna take better care of myself, so the acne is temporary (i hope)
would love any advice :)

- also lmk if i need different pics

lefort, genioplasty chin isnt fully recessed but it is receding, and cantho horrendous eye tilt

any tips to fix? my eye tilt is so fucked and idk what to do
canthoplasty i just said autist. research it or maybe someone made a thread check botb

hey you look bloated man but def not over

- drink 3+ liters of water daily
- sleep 8 hours (sleeping less makes you bloated too)
- dont consume too sugar (processed stuff)
- go on sprints 3x a week (6 sets 20 or 30 seconds 1 minute rest between each) (nearly a must)

apart from bloating brother

if you have forward head posture do chin tucks (i felt like you did)

Np, eye area is like a really hard part though I have no idea about that expect copium stuff that you see on TikTok like training your eye area surrounding muscles or something,

also if you have weights at home or like dumbells you can try doing this,

search up how chin tucks works and how much you should do daily etc

most importantly dont stress doing these brah

ion think its over for you unless you wanna reach like htn cuz that's another story but i can see you reaching atleast mid mtn with the right stuff which is damn great

Alr thanks, when I go to the gym tonight ill try this or ill do it at home with some dumbells. first i want to improve and do the basics before I try to reach something higher.

fix eye. get bigger browbones and cheekbones and youll be fine.

I know a lot of people say “squintmaxxing is cope” but I had under eye scleral show, and by squinting it strengthened my lower eyelids (stopping them from drooping) and my eye area ascended.
