I was 58kg and 184 cm (3 photo) and about 7% bf 2 months ago. Today I be 83 kg, 180 cm and around 26 bf (1 and 2 photos). Please, tell some advice how can I ascend and which diet I should have.

Lose weight, get on accutane, lower your hairline, go to the gym, thicken your brows and maybe dye them. Consider getting a rhinoplasty. Reduce upper eye lid exposure. I doubt you were ever 7% bodyfat tbh thats very unlikely but maybe possible. In terms of diet you could try high protein low calorie to lose weight or maybe intermittent fasting.

Thx, I started working out at the gym 2 months ago and I'm still doing it, and I've already dyed my eyebrows black.

well if your high bodyfat then a caloric deficit is the obvious choice. I feel like eliminating 800 and going to just 2000 is pretty feasible. When it comes to macros its pretty simple too just get in a hundred grams or so of lean protein. The gym will take a while to help you lose weight so it might be better to just try and get 10,000+ steps a day, good sleep, and fast few 16 hours out of 24.

Bro do not eat 2.800 cals in a day you will just get fatter
