I want to look better, i know i should eat healthier to lose fat around the body. I am skinny fat. Any tips? Workouts that can make my face symmetrical, and look slimmer? That’s if I have any potential at all.

Recessed, go to an orthodontist about it and yes you'll need surgery. Although if you do the normal stuff for now you could have appeal because it's not bad

Ngl no facial workouts will work, for now fix ur skin, workout (maybe do a slight lean bulk) , also make sure u have good style like baggy clothes (sound like cope but goes a long way and improves frame) , improve eye area , get a tt haircut for you're hair type

Nahhh steroids reduces ur test boost lol, increase testosterone by natural methods, look up in YouTube or something, for example eating high good cholesterol from raw butter and raw milk, working out, sunlight. Eye training for hooded eyes involve eyelid pulling, ice hooding, UUDD method, might be cope but looks up and research abt it

You need to gain some muscle to improve your facial aesthetics. The more muscle you have the higher your basal metabolic rate will be which will lead to you burning calories without even trying. You do not have to be big for this to work you should stay within your natural limits. I recommend you aim for a physique like Ronaldo rather than someone like Chris Bumstead.

Since you are 15, joining a gym may be hard depending on where you live. Bodybuilding specialist gyms should definitely let you join their gym if a pure gym wont. If there are no bodybuilding gyms near you join a crossfit gym.

Mewing might be dope but what is wrong with trying? I mean he is still in puberty and it worked for me. Sure it does not give u some chiseled face but it can fix recessions and ur face can develop properly. Your palate might increase and ur maxilla will be supported

I have been thinking about joining some kind of MMA gym. I have some weights at home(barbell, and dumbbells), i’ll try to start using those and increasing protein intake. I appreciate the help guys.

steak, eggs in the morning, stay away from protein powder as they are highly processed with shitty ingredients, also lean proteins like chicken will help you lose bodyfat. It is ironical that I am a vegetarian 😭😭

But I have good genetics, even though I lack bone mass, thankfully I have no recessions and have perfect teeth even though vegetarians are supposed to be recessed and ugly

No need of that, I did ice hooding for a year and saw good results, I also did eyelid pulling, UUDD method. Sun gazing might help where u look at the bright sky but not the sun as it is dangerous and u naturally squint

Grow out ur hair and try a fluffy fringe, search on YouTube and look at ur face shape, the videos are extremely helpful in getting a perfect hairstyle
