What's up, guys. I’m 15 and just starting to realize how much looks matter. I’m currently 5'7 and pretty underweight at 117 lbs. I feel like I look too young/weak for my age and I don’t want to be 20 and wishing I hadn't wasted my growth years.
Spanish is my first language, but I’m here to learn. Be brutal with the advice, I don’t want any 'bluepill' cope. How do I ascend from here?"

good base. Firstly HGH 4-8IU/day if you can afford it, AI to bring total estradiol down to 15-20pg/mL, tamoxifen 10-20mg/day (check IGF-1 levels while on this and make sure they’re 600+ because you don’t want it to interfere with conversion), HGH will make you hungrier than a gorilla, work out, possible take androgens when you turn 16, etc. All of this is theoretical advice and shouldn’t be taken seriously

I was exercising for a while, mostly calisthenics; I even have my own weights. But I was sick and hospitalized for a while, and now my mother doesn't want me to exercise. Maybe I'll start again later.

La HGH te dará más hambre que un gorila, haz ejercicio, posiblemente tomes andrógenos al cumplir los 16, etc. Todo esto es un consejo teórico y no debe tomarse en serio.

Ok so you can’t complain about looking like shit. If you’re too big of a pussy to go to the gym you shouldn’t be “looksmaxxing”

You're right, thanks for your advice. I'll try to figure out how to get back into exercising or join a nearby gym.

I'm eating everything I can and everything my mother gives me, but I'm still not gaining much weight, I'm just maintaining it.

eat more, go to the gym at least 4x a week, it really isn't that difficult. Try not to drink fluids while eating
 
Bulk and lift. Worry about being lean once your growth plates close. It's better to be bloated now to height mog later.
