3.5 - 4/10 at best, heaps of room to improve, not all to bad looking, recommend implementing a basic skin routine and shaping eyebrows, other stuff like exercises to raise hyoid and enlarge maxilla, will help show off your ramus 👌

Facial thirds kinda fucked, nothing you can really do about it unless you wanna take a surgical route, same as your nose, would benefit from a rhino, i had mine done 2 weeks ago and from what i can see under the cast, it looks much better than before, would recommend if you have the budget.

Any exercises you'd recommend that aren't necessarily coping? Wasnt planning on surgical maxxing atm. Eyebrows grow really weird for me have cowlicks. Runs in the fam. Was gonna start accutane, and follow cleanse moisturize spf and chapstick daily

Neck curls with a heavy resistance does wonders for your hyoid, the bone is held by muscle so if u train it hard out with heavy weights you should be able to push it right up, ive been doing it for 4 months now and my hyoid honestly looks non existent 🤣 its a hollow gap under my chin.

Just push real hard to hypertrophy, you won't damage your neck if you do it with good form, research and use YT for inspo
 
Chin tucks imo are cope, I wouldn't bother unless you can apply heavy resistance, but kinda dangerous
