Whilst your face looks rather robust and developed, your lower third is noticeably lacking behind, your chin looks short and rather recessed. If you don't have any bite problems then I'd highly recommend looking into genioplasty later down the road if puberty doesn't fix it by the time you reach adulthood. Your brows also look a bit sparse, maybe try dyeing them a darker brown (don't go full on black like the PSL rotters here yearn for)

Your hairstyle also looks a bit funky, either get it straightened out or at least try to style it so it looks like it has some sort of form and not left abandoned to grow like a nest. Search up permed hairstyles for inspiration.
