Guys, I often saw videos, where people said, that intermittent fasting is very healthy and is very good for the HGH.

I don’t know, if fasting is so good and changes something, while being in puberty?

And if it is so good, why are people like Rich Piana telling the opposite, that you should eat many meals a day?

Should I eat now 6-8 meals a day or should I fast?

Y‘all thoughts?
 
It's cope especially during puberty. The crazy increases tend to be transient spikes. You're trying to get bigger, intermittent fasting is more bias towards losing weight. And Rich Piana was a body builder on loads of gear, you shouldn't be doing what he does...
