what is the best way to get lean/lower on bf

or should i just wait til im idk 18 or older?
 
Check your growth plates and if they are still open be in a maintenance diet / really low surplus so you can support your growth and if they are closed you can cut right away using GLPs, with a 500 calorie deficit, take it slow and dont starvemax like a retard or you will lose all your muscle, now mark as a solution boyo

Reta ( if not enough stack with other glps or cagri be careful with cagri since it needs Ph balance bac otherwise it can cause some wild sides long term) until 15% bf then use clen not above 100mcg

wdym mean? alright nga if you wanna burn fat heres another stack you can do whilst eating 2500-3000 calories how about that

First reta 4mg ( good for glucagon receptor at 4mg )
Inject T3 and T4 for fat burning and higher calorie burning
Clenbut 80mcg again for fat burning

Optional
EQ for appetite if reta is destroying it (just run 4mg reta for 5 weeks and your appetite will be gone with the positive effects of it on the glucagon receptor)

And do a shit ton of cardio, there you go now you can get lean and still eat like a fatty
