lengthening the medial canthus is probably the easiest procedure you can do, no arteries to hit like in buccal fat removal, no working with bones like in a rhinoplasty (would hurt like hell anyway) nothing, just a small cut that will heal naturally (i marked it here with a blue line

id have this eye area with a longer medial canthus (or a similar one) and i am convinced that it would make quite a huge difference especially in photos where the eyes look too positively tilted with the short medial
