I disagree with the part of mtn being impossible. He should focus on making other parts of his face extremely good. E.g. Jaw, forehead and hair. He could even ascend to htn if he did this. For example look at ryan gossling

Asymmetry, long midface, beak, thirds and proportions in general are just off.. But low MTN. Normie eye area and coloring, harmony wise not subhuman. Rhino and work on the lower third would ascend p decently ngl.
