16 yr old Male 5’8. rate/ need advice this is me in the morning

Picture of me as soon as I woke up just to have none frauded picture or anything. This is me without being groomed etc, puffy face, not debloated. I hopped off the generic looksmaxxing improvements so now I just eat whatever I want, go to the gym when I can, Not focused on being lean. I was mainly tryna bulk but seems like I can’t gain weight.

When I was lean I was in big deficit, felt as if I was starving myself and plus I’m only 5’8 so I felt like I was stunting my growth also
