167cm night barefoot height, at 16 years old

Height doesn’t matter bro, but if you’re really serious about growing taller, I suggest you implement fasting into your routine, try to eat one meal a day, only fruits, vegetables and rice, following this methodology helped me grow to 6 foot 1.
