It’s been slow going, like a month and a half I think. But, I’ve been exercising pretty much everyday. As long as my parents don’t force me to take medication again; I should be sub 10% body fat in 8-12 months.

Honestly not really, but I’ll look a lot better. And I am planning to enter boxing/mma. Got to be sub 10% body fat to fight at my ideal weight class. I was actually thinking if I should cut to 115 or something (that’s was my weight before this whole schizo shut). Anyway, all of that doesn’t really matter. I’m just focusing on training and mental maxxing.
