I don't think any of these messages are helping OP out here, if anything, I think it'll only worsen his relationship with himself and his height. Instead of telling him to get certain drugs, injections, a diet and whatnot, I'd say he should come to terms with his height and embrace it as a part of himself that he doesn't have control over. What works for one doesn't work for the other and that's completely normal. Rather than taking risks, why don't you focus on loving and accepting yourself for who you are? Girls' reactions to your height shouldn't even affect you this much, if a girl's negative then she's not definitely not worth your time and effort. If you truly, really accept your height and are comfortable and confident, then THAT is gonna be much more attractive than you might realise. Your energy plays a huge part in this and if you're constantly nagging and complaining about your height, the negativity within you will only attract girls who also think negatively about you and the thing you're so focused on. Stay healthy bro and don't give up just yet. Also, you're 16, which is fairly young so you've got plenty more years before you actually stop growing.
