Read a study that says Every other day injection intramuscular is more efficient than everyday injections or intravascular. I was going to take 8Iu of Hgh but if I do this that means every other day I take 2 shots of 8Iu to keep up the dose the same as the study says. I want to increase height but limit ogremaxing

any advice
