Bad haircut/high bodyfat


You need to lose a considerable amount of bodyfat and become lean before we can even assess your potential. and fix the haircut. start there

Im 135lbs Im just predisposed to having fuckass chipmunk cheeks

Even if you are low weight you can still have a high bodyfat% it's seperate from weight, it's called being skinnyfat


And no, you don't just have chimpmunk cheeks you are just high bodyfat, look at your jaw and neck. Not a personal dig at you just trying to explain. cardio and diet and lean out and you will lose alot of face fat and gain angularity

Depends on how far you want to go, what stage of puberty your in and your existing bone mass:

if your still growing, eat healthy sleep well can just go to the gym.

if your in the later stages of puberty" you are" you might need to start take peptides or orals like: mk677, etc (do your own research)

if you want REAL results try Test but be WARNED " the results are real but so are the side effects" Its also Very hard to get it without a doctor. But remember the foundation SLEEP is Critical

Is there anyway for me to know what stage of puberty Im in? Also I eat just steak eggs dairy fruits i try to get lots of sun i lift 4x a week and get 8 hrs of sleep if im being honest during the weekend I usually crash out going to sleep late and eating shit

9-13 is early puberty 14-16 is mid puberty 17-19 is late/end
